Hence, the certification programs are designed to prove that the suppliers will have established quality level of his products or service, documented and implemented the appropriate management system to meet and sustain that level of quality and to address continuous improvement of their management system in accordance with the requirements of the appropriate internationally recognized management system Standards. PNGCES, through certification offers third-party Recognition on the ability of the supplier to deliver and sustain the supply of their products and quality services that meet the needs and expectation of its customers while at the same time encourage continuous quality improvement through regular Internal System Audits and Management Reviews as part of their continuous compliance to these international Standards.

Under this program, PNGCES will certify clients who have complied with the requirements in the International Standard ISO 14001 – 2004: Environmental Management System- Requirements with Guidance for Use. Clients are also required to comply with all relevant certification requirements as set out in the Terms & Conditions of Certification. More specifically, for organizations and companies in a food chain, being certified provides the assurance along the food chain particularly in the food industry sector.
